We’re sorry if you’ve suffered an accident or have a claim on your insurance policy. That’s why you have insurance, to protect you when something bad happens. We’ll guide you on every step along the way.
Should you file this claim?
If there’s a slight chance that someone may have suffered as a result of the accident, then you must file the claim. Otherwise, if you choose not to file it, you won’t have the insurance policy to protect you from lawsuit.
There are, however, situations where it makes sense to not file a claim. Keeping your insurance record clean will probably keep your rates down.

I need to file a claim
As your independent agent, we’ll do our best to make your claim experience a smooth one.
- You must first obtain the name and address of the other party involved, their insurance information, and details of the claim. Do not discuss details of the claim with anyone but the investigating officer. Make no admissions or offer payments.
- If it is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (with the exception of some holidays), please call our offices. Our agents will assist you in filing your claim.
- If it is after business hours or you would rather file your claim directly with your carrier, please call your insurance carrier’s claim line. Most of our carriers have 24/7 claim service. If you need emergency assistance after hours, we have emergency numbers stated on our office voicemail.
- After your claim is processed, your claim will be assigned to an adjuster with your carrier. Your adjuster will be your main contact for your claim. However, feel free to contact our office for assistance from your agent.
